The forests and terrain of Northwest and Central Colorado aren't abstract backdrops — they're living ecosystems that demand respect, expertise, and the right approach. He recognized early on that landowners in places like Steamboat Springs, Aspen, Vail, and the rugged stretches of Routt, Eagle, and Pitkin Counties deserved a contractor who treated their property with the same care they did. Too often, he saw large outfits roll through, leave a mess, and move on. Spartan Construction was built as the antidote to that. The company operates through two specialized divisions: Forestry and Construction. The Forestry Division focuses on land clearing, forestry mulching, brush and undergrowth removal, fire mitigation, and site preparation — tackling everything from overgrown residential lots to large-scale commercial or ranch properties deep in the Colorado backcountry. The Construction Division handles the full spectrum of site development and construction needs, allowing Spartan to serve clients through every phase of a project without handing them off to someone else.
